The end of the actions of the workers due to the metal contract with the signing of the contract did not confirm the expectation of a "new metal storm", but the fact that the actions of new workers, large and small, appeared in time or one after another for almost days in turn showed that conditions were increasingly playing an inviting role for a new wave of resistance. Although the protests, marches and layoffs that occurred in the first two months of 2022 are not taking place in workplaces the size of metal factories , they have important function both because they appear in many workplaces in different lines of business and because they are encouraged despite the attack policies and increasing threats of Erdogan's rule, which have also been proven in actuality. As a matter of fact, it was seen that these actions encouraged workers and labourers in many workplaces, whether they were in resistance or not, in the direction of more comprehensive and widespread actions, intellectually, and strengthened their hopes of winning. It is a data that the belief that labour unity and resistance against capital and political power forces, especially the great bourgeoisie, is and will be the only gaining force, especially by young and uorganised workers.
Even minor corrections cannot be achieved in the public interest in cities and rural areas, including small producer-small trades crushed by the monopolistic bourgeoisie, without a mass resistance that includes those who are reacting to rising poverty and bankruptcy due to high inflation and cost, based on the combined labour force for economic-social and political, narrow or more comprehensive entitlement against the attacks of capital owners and bourgeois state power. If working masses do not see that Erdogan's government has reinforced its policy of attacks accompanied by a thousand kinds of manoeuvres and black propaganda, and that it uses every method, including abuse, to prevent political activity and struggle, they cannot increase vigilance against the introduction of sanctions worse than those that are now alone.
Despite the lack of experience, young working people have turned to struggle to the extent that they understand that there is no other way to resist the provision of small improvements in working and living conditions. It is possible to add new ones to those who resist. But the problem is not that this is possible, but that it is necessary. In a workplace, in a business, mergers in a business may be enough for small gains - and that may be temporary enough. However, winning together needs to engulf the masses in the form of a trend that develops and gains strength as a class attitude. Unless millions of uorganised workers and other workers are united in union and political revolutionary class organizations, anti-labour policies cannot be prevented.
Capital owners and the bourgeois state government, capital parties and labour aristocracy are also taking advantage of the divided state of the workers, starting with a thousand kinds of means to keep the working masses free from independent class policy and connected to the capital system. Bourgeois political-ideological activities on the masses, the "mass hunting policy" they maintain through nationalist religious arguments, the fact that the relations between the advanced segments of workers and the broader sectors of workers acting with class consciousness are still far from gaining strength by developing reassuringly, the inability of workers who work in major enterprises for a long time and have certain union and social rights to develop sufficient resistance for fear of losing what they have, etc. the reasons allow it to be applied to bourgeois policy. However, as social developments have shown, this situation is doomed to be shaken and changed. Millions of workers, contrary to what some "leftist" intellectuals and politicians have suggested in the name of "left-wing agitation", have not yet turned to a stand-up movement against capital and political-military institutions, but the tendency to awaken the struggle and risk the hard one is gaining strength. The young generations of workers will learn from the actions of themselves and their working brothers and sisters, and evaluate the experience of struggle in order to increase the struggle, and it will serve to provide important grounds for the march forward.
The attitudes of advanced workers and labourers and political-union organizations, some of which are organized, have gained more importance in this process than in the previous period due to the developments. Combining individual protests and actions will increase the power of influence and add moral and practical strength to the courage and hope of winning. "We will do business together ", "We will win together" understandings and explanations will only gain such credibility and can really function as progressive. We are in a period where educational developments (revolutionary political parties and organisations here) will be educated and encouraged to do so, albeit in a complex way.
