The Nation Alliance resolved the crisis with the Good Party. The presidential candidate of the Nation Alliance was announced as CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

Shortly before the elections expected to be held on 14 May, a dizzying traffic was experienced in Ankara in order to solve the crisis of the Nation Alliance, which started with the Good Party Leader Meral Akşener leaving the table, and a formula was found for Akşener. Akşener's proposal, which stipulated that Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu and Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş should be vice-president, was accepted and the table was reconvened with six leaders. 

After hours of meeting, Felicity Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu announced the decision taken. Karamollaoğlu used the following statements: "You know the reason why we came together here today. I consider it my duty to announce to you the decision we have taken as a result of these meetings. Mr Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu is our Presidential candidate. I wish him success after the elections." 

OTHER LEADERS WILL BE VICE PRESIDENTS

In the process of transition to the parliamentary system, which is the election promise of the Millet Alliance, the heads of the 5 parties in the alliance and the mayors of the Istanbul and Ankara will be vice-presidents. (EVRENSEL DAILY)
