Selma Cetin, a female worker at Kromsan metal plating factory in Manisa, experienced violence at the hands of the assistant foreman. The factory management declined to watch the security camera footage and instead decided to fire the female worker.
Bosses continue to use the article 25/2, regarding "breaching the rules of morality and goodwill", in order to fire workers, despite the fact that it is forbidden to fire workers during the pandemic.
