TTB shared the statistics: Talking about the decrease in the number of Covid cases is deceiving the society

The Turkish Medical Association announced that 1,117 extra deaths were recorded in Istanbul alone in the week of April 14th-20th.

Turkish Medical Association (TTB) reported that 55% of Turkey's population in the 21 provinces, the total deaths in the week 14th-20th April were more than 58 percent from the previous three-year average and announced that there were 1,117 extra deaths in Istanbul, which is more than 80 percent from the previous 5-year average.
